Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jg999 website accessible at jg999.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and services operated under the jg999 brand.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the jg999 platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jg999 subject to wagering requirements and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, crash game, live dealer game, or sports betting market via the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or adjustment made to a Player's Account Balance.
• "Payment Method" means the mobile wallet or banking service (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard) used by the Player to fund their Account.
• "Taka" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, and public holiday in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of jg999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply continuously for the duration of a Player's use of the Platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on jg999. This requirement is absolute and without exception. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jg999 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify this declaration. Accounts where age cannot be verified to jg999's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk. jg999 makes no representation that access from any particular location is lawful, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jg999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jg999 immediately by contacting [email protected]. jg999 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution. Transactions processed prior to the receipt of a valid unauthorised-access notification will generally be treated as authorised.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jg999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time jg999 deems appropriate:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months)
• Proof of ownership of the Payment Method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jg999 reserves the right to charge an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month against the Balance of an inactive Account, provided the Balance is greater than zero. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jg999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jg999 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice to active Players where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though your individual Payment Method provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of the wallet transaction. Deposits via card (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to appear.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on Business Days. jg999 does not charge a platform fee on any withdrawal; however, your Payment Method provider may impose its own transaction charges, which are beyond jg999's control.

4.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, Wagers, wins, and Bonus Funds are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jg999 does not support multi-currency accounts. All amounts displayed on the Platform use the ৳ symbol prefixed to Western Arabic numerals.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotional offers made available through jg999 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to these general conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, low-variance slots, sports betting at odds below 1.50) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jg999 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing Wagers across multiple Accounts to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements; and using prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures. Where jg999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and close the relevant Account or Accounts.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. jg999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, crash games (including Slide and Limbo), and live dealer games offered on jg999 are provided by internationally certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems subject to independent auditing. jg999 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on jg999 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change at any time before a Wager is confirmed. Once a Wager is confirmed by the Platform, the odds at the time of confirmation are fixed. jg999 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a market that was created in error or where manifest pricing errors occurred.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market type and are displayed within each game interface or betting market. jg999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at its discretion, including in cases where unusually high win rates or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error affecting a game round or bet, jg999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected round using server-side logs. Where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the Wager amount will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance. jg999 is not liable for winnings that would have accrued had the technical error not occurred.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jg999 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and where jg999 determines a breach has occurred, permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any external tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human input
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing in connection with any sports betting market
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation
• Any conduct that, in jg999's reasonable opinion, threatens the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform

8 Responsible Gaming

jg999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts via your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access to the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

9 Privacy and Data

Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text by jg999 staff. jg999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jg999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of jg999 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from jg999.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to jg999 for display on the Platform. jg999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jg999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the jg999 support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered Payment Method within 5 Business Days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

12.2 Termination by jg999

jg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform; (c) continued operation of the Account would expose jg999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) the Player has provided false registration information.

Where an Account is closed by jg999 for breach, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. jg999 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player's registered email address within 30 Business Days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jg999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be published without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your Balance.
